Nazario Rosales

President / Owner

With over 30 years of masonry experience, Nazario Rosales founded Rosales Masonry with a focus on quality, accountability, and long-term partnerships. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a trusted name in commercial and multifamily masonry throughout Southwest Missouri.

Michael Bauer

Director of Operations

Michael brings over 20 years of experience to Rosales Masonry and oversees day-to-day field operations, ensuring every project runs smoothly, on time, and to specification. With a strong foundation in logistics, crew coordination, and project delivery, he plays a critical role in translating design into built form.

Scott Whittaker

Director of Estimating

Scott brings over two decades of experience in construction estimating, including 14 years specializing in masonry. A Missouri State University graduate with a degree in Industrial Management, Scott’s background also includes six years in general contracting, giving him a comprehensive understanding of project planning and execution.

Lance Freeman

Director of Safety

A 25-year U.S. Army veteran with three deployments, Lance brings discipline and attention to detail to his role as Director of Safety. Since joining Rosales Masonry in 2021, he has led company-wide safety initiatives, managed training programs, and coordinated equipment logistics across all job sites.

Ray Bender

Estimator

Ray has over eight years of experience in the masonry industry, with a focus on retail construction. Since joining Rosales Masonry in early 2025, he has continued to deepen his expertise in estimating and preconstruction planning.

Tony Brandt

Controller

Tony is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with a background spanning public accounting, commercial banking, and private real estate. He has served in roles ranging from outsourced accountant to real estate underwriter, and now oversees financial operations at Rosales Masonry.
